1. Who we are

BAJA Life Society ("we," "us") is a wellness and luxury grooming studio in Magnolia, Texas offering skin and beauty services by appointment, custom sourcing of fragrance, footwear and jewelry, and Level-up Sessions. By booking, requesting a quote, or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments

Studio services are by appointment only and are confirmed by us in writing (text or email). Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. We may decline or end a service at our discretion, including for late arrival, and we may ask for a deposit on longer appointments. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present.

3. Custom sourcing requests

Sourced pieces (fragrance, footwear, jewelry, diamonds and similar) are located and quoted on request. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged until you approve a written quote. Once you approve and we place the order, the item is a special order: it is non-refundable and non-cancellable, because it was bought for you. Timelines in a quote are estimates; auction and hard-to-find items can take longer than expected and we will keep you posted.

Where we act as your agent at an auction or with a trade supplier, the seller's own terms and condition descriptions apply to the item itself. We pass along what we are told and cannot guarantee a third party's grading, authenticity claims or delivery dates beyond what is in writing from them.

4. Level-up Sessions

Sessions are 30 minutes, prepaid at the price shown on the site, and rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. A missed session without notice is forfeited. A session is a consultation and a plan; anything you decide to order afterward is quoted separately under section 3.

5. Payment

Payment methods are confirmed with each quote. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice until you have approved a quote, at which point the quoted price holds. All completed services are final.

6. Text messages

If you check the box on our request form, you agree that BAJA Life Society may send you text messages about your request or appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how your number is handled.

7. Website content

Everything on this site, including the BAJA Life Society name and butterfly mark, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don't copy it. Product names and brands mentioned in a sourcing request belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

Services and sourced items are provided as described in your confirmation or quote and otherwise without warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or item in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event it relates to. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold BAJA Life Society harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of a service or item, or your breach of these terms.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking it through is resolved by binding individual arbitration in Montgomery County, Texas, and both sides waive a jury trial and any class action. Each side pays its own costs unless the arbitrator finds a claim was brought without a reasonable basis.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
